Self Awareness Habits
Some may ask how do you not allow your emotions: feelings get in the way of doing task. easy the answer is habits/discipline. By creating a habit doing something everyday or having a routine creates a habit that you follow through on even if you have different emotions/feelings. For example taking a shower or brushing my teeth I might not feel like it but it’s a habit and apart of my routine so I do it regardless of how I feel. Usually after I do the task I feel better about myself anyway the emotions change the habit the routine does not that is a constant in life. As you grown and change your habits might as well change but the disciple to do those task are still in motion. That is the Sun the constant the stability the structure or pillar is the express the habits you creat and your energy around those daily task will always been different because you are human. Light being hue light man physical vessel. By doing a task everyday you create a habit which eventually becomes apart of your routine.
Starting allowing your habits be what you need instead of what someone needs from you. If your needs are not met from your own self that is neglect and now you will feel drained. When you take care of your own needs first then you can pour into others just as much. Trying to give when you haven’t given to yourself first is like an empty cup trying to give water to another cup but it has none to give. Adjust your energy field first before trying to adjust others. You will come to realize that once you are good everything else around you will reflect that energy.
I also notice for people who can’t seem to understand this the mind is the first priority. If the mind is confused worried fearful or anxious. Then the body cannot respond properly. The body is going to reflect what the mind holds so get your thoughts organised. Think life think more about self awareness and notice the body will give off a diffrent signal energy emotion.
If we keep trying to fix ourselves from the outside before the inside the root problem won’t be resolved. Usually the root problem is self neglect. Whether that be from a mental physical or spiritual. People consuming things that the body is not ment to consume cause buildup toxics and your body can’t process information correctly because you are full of chemicals. Now your mind is confused your is constipated and your Aries field is damaged. This is self neglect not caring enough for your own well being.
Once you notice it’s your own fault you can actually take accountability and change your life for the better. It’s not others hurting us it’s our own self. We choose the choices we make everyday not someone else.
